Alexandria Hurtt is a research fellow with the California Education Lab in the School of Education (SOE) at the University of California, Davis, where she examines how school inputs shape students’ access to and readiness for postsecondary education. She previously worked at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School in New Jersey, developing English curriculum for middle school students. She was also a graduate student researcher and teaching assistant at UC Davis SOE, supporting research on school organization and education policy. Hurtt earned her MA in education policy and PhD in school organization and education policy from the University of California, Davis.
