Jason Yeatman is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education and Department of Psychology at Stanford University and the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine. He is the director of the Brain Development and Education Lab, where his research focuses on the neurobiology of literacy, the mechanisms underlying learning to read, and how these processes differ in children with dyslexia. His work also includes designing literacy intervention programs that address a wide range of learning differences. He was formerly a faculty affiliate with the Institute for Learning and Brain Sciences at the University of Washington. Yeatman received his PhD in psychology from Stanford University.
