Justin Luu

Justin Luu is a researcher at the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where he focuses on education systems and policy. He previously served as a graduate student researcher in the School of Education at the University of California, Davis, working with the California Education Lab, and as a quantitative research analyst at Center for Research on Education Outcomes at the Stanford Graduate School of Education. His research interests include urban education, school choice, and education policy implementation. Luu earned his BA in economics from the University of California, Davis, and his PhD in education, with an emphasis in school organization and education policy, from the University of California, Davis.
